The current view of the Employee Planning Dashboard is configured to show 6 months prior and 6 months after the current month, a longer future view is required.

Lindi Gerber Official comment The Planning by Employee dashboard allows you to select the Period (month start which can be pushed back) but defaults to the current month and shows 6 months in the future by default. This was done as most clients usually don’t plan that far ahead. We can however extend that to 12 months. If this is required, feel free to log a ticket and the Support Team will assist. We also have a Planning Heatmap report where you have the ability to specify your desired period.
