When things are changed on the Administration menu such as Custom Lists, User Groups etc then there is no audit trail of which user changed the item and it doesn't send email notifications. It would be a good feature if it had this to track the changes. There is only a User's audit trail implemented (2012)

Lindi Gerber Official comment There are certain reports available that address audit trails for some of the Administration functions. The Subscription Management History report shows the date an update was made, the Reason, Additional Comments, Number of Subscriptions, and Updated By.
We also have a custom report that shows when a user was created, whether the existing account was activated, whether their User Group was changed as well as who updated the record and when. If this is a requirement you can feel free to log a ticket and the Support team will assist.
Even though we don’t expose all audit trails on all Admin functions from the front end, you can log a ticket if there is a specific request that we need to look into.

Mia Roux Thank you for your request. We currently do track changes in detail on users, reports, dashboards, data fields, report mailers and confguration settings, although only the user changes are exposed via the front-end.
In addition, from our audit logs, we will be able to see who made any particular changes to user groups, custom lists etc. We will in future consider exposing this via the front-end.
