This idea appears to have been posted a couple times years back, with what looked like good reception from the community.
We have a lot of instances where people in the business either start up a process manually, or have been undertaking a process for a while before considering putting the info into ppo, an actions log for example.
Moving that log into PPO then becomes very tedious and either requires a lot of manual process, or a request for PPO to upload it for us.
It would be great to be able to have the option to upload files to other entities such as the RAID, this would allow us to more easily update PPO while also collaborating with people that either dont have access to PPO, or prefer to use programs like excel.
We already have the ability to export all entities out to an excel document (action detail report, for example), so it feels like it would make sense that you could use that report output in the exact same format and import it back to PPO.
I understand that there may be some learning curves around why some files may no upload due to the uniqueness of each entity in each company, but i think its a lesson that would allow for PPO to be that more versatile.
