Would be great if we could build in a rule that all conversations needs to be responded to, this will drive accountability. 

It will also be great if the conversations have flags so you can flag it as open, responded to or closed if the item was addressed

Lastly, I think it would be great to flag an item as a critical or normal status conversations so that members know what needs to be focused on as a priority.

Later down the line if we could pull reports based on the above flags as well will help track and manage these aspects.

  Thanks for your idea Bhavir. The intention of the conversations feature in PPO is to provide a feature for informal communication and collaboration on a specific item (eg. issue, risk, action, task). The accountability and priority and follow up of the item as per your recommendation will typically happen on the issue, action, risk, task etc.

  Once the conversation feature is available to all users we will continue to review the ideas and revert.
