Add an icon on the PPO icon that's on your desktop when a new conversation has been sent to you (e.g like WhatsApp) instead of going into PPO and seeing the notification.

Guy Jelley Thanks for the idea Monique, the technology used to show the App Icon Badge (the number of notifications you have on a specific app) is different from the technology we use and with specific reference to the browser bookmark of PPO on your desktop and thus we will not be able to achieve what you've asked for.
What we are considering is the potential of a reminder email, sent out maybe once a week, if there are notifications that you have not followed and clicked on and/or dismissed.
Once the conversations is deployed to all PPO clients, we will continue to work on this feature and improve it.
