Beaulla, thanks for your idea. The programme entity in PPO allows our users to link projects to the programme but the recording of entity items (risks, issues, costs) will always happen on the specific project.
You can achieve what you want to by setting up Parent and Children projects and then having the risks, issues, decisions etc, allocated to either the parent or child project, serving the same purpose as if we had allowed the entities to be linked to the Programme Entity.

Thanks Guy, we are already using the Parent Project functionality.
Problem is that we have a Programme Menu item but the Programmes cannot be managed in the same way as the Parent Project or even just to add the entities that I suggested above.
Can you then add a Parent Project menu item for us please, so people don't get lost when trying to find the Parent Projects?
