Float the column headings

Allow the column headings to "float" as you scroll down the list so that the column headings are always visible as you scroll down.

  Thanks for the great idea!  This one has been deployed. We now 'freeze' the headers, paging, and action buttons when scrolling down.

  Should include any action buttons too, so that can access the buttons wherever you are. Especially helpful in a long list.
