Today in PPO the user is expected to mark a given task as critical to be part of the critical path.
For calculating the critical path and identify the tasks in that path Users are dependent on other tools like MPP or will have to do it manually.
My thought on this is if PPO is able to automatically calculate the critical path by analysis on the dependent tasks will avoid the dependency on an external tool.
Scheduling being an basic thing of planning, I was expecting this to be a feature in PPO.
