Hi,
We have a scenario where separate Business Rules have been set of for RAAIDD notifications to Users and Non-Users. The message to these groups differs in that Users are asked to update their item's status, and Non-Users are asked to provide their status to the Project Administrator / Project Manager, who will update it in PPO.
For this reason, we'd like to exclude the link (url) in the message to Non-Users.
I'd like to propose a tick-box to include the link or not (ticked being the default).
Could you consider this enhancement please...?

We have considered this but will not adding this to PPO. The link is a very useful in the email because users who receive the email can simply click on it and they will be taken directly to the item. If the email is sent to users that don't have access to PPO or that item PPO's security model will not allow them access, which is by design.
