The schedule and Project Health data is not consolidated in the Programme dashboard/report.
Consolidating this data will give an overall view of the Programme status, not just individual projects.

Thanks for your idea. On the programme dashboard we show the overall health indicator for each project as per below:
If you want to determine the overall status of the programme this can be added as a calculated field on the programme field and shown on the dashboard. You can discuss this with your success manager or log a ticket with the support desk.
In terms of the consolidated scheduled, I've raised a ticket for you to get your programme dashboard changed so that you have a task filter when running the dashboard and make use of the new scheduler gantt on the dashboard, as shown below:
