Creating personal dashboards

As a Team Lead, I create a dashboard that I enable my team to use, therefore decreasing the time for them to take to understand PPO. But after I share the dashboard, I make an enhancement I then have to reshare the dashboard instead of an update. could we make dashboard owners or in access permissions give leads a permission type when it is a refresh not totally another share of the dashboard making it difficult to see update. At the moment by plan is I version name the dashboards (the topic doesn't really come up in your drop down this is not a report dashboard)
