There are times when it would be useful to set a specific e-mail event as inactive but not delete it. Currently you have to disable all e-mail events or delete the one you don't want to trigger. The validation rules allow for this so we would like something similar please.

PPO Development This functionality will be available when we move the current e-mail notifications to the general business rule architecture. -
PPO Development E-mail notifications have now been incorporated into Business Rules which can be made inactive. Refer this link for further information.
