Would be great if PPO administrators can extract a report on PPO support calls logged by all users.

Mia Roux As per your request you would like a report on PPO, showing all the support calls logged by the various users for your PPO Instance. Such a report is available on our support portal and can be requested from the PPO Support Team, should it be necessary.
Please be aware that each user however has the ability to view all their support calls and ideas that they have logged on the support portal, by following these easy steps:
1. Access the PPO Support portal
2. Once logged in, they can click on their name on the top right hand corner of the page
3. From their user profile page, they will notice three options. The first option reads Tickets, the second option reads Web Portal and the third reads Devices and apps. When they access the Web Portal option, it will show a list of all their support calls and ideas that they have logged.
