Data Fields - Filtered Employee Lists

Currently in PPO you can implement a data field whose type is Employee List. When users are using PPO all the employees are then shown in the list. It would be very useful to be able to implement a filtered employee list as a data field type. This would allow the following examples to be achieved:

• When project managers are selected only employee's who's job title is Project Manager are displayed
• When select sponsor only employees who are part of the Management department are displayed

  Hierarchical quality approval cannot be achieved without the above function.

  As of version 3.4.0 administrators can set up filtered employee list type fields.
