Trend analysis on project entities

The system should enable a user to view trend analysis against a project / programme / portfolio level for key entities like schedule, cost, risk, issues. The features could be as follows:

Schedule:

View schedule variance trend (Weekly or monthly) in a date range provided by the user.

Cost:

Cost variance trend (Weekly or monthly) in a date range provided by the user.

Risk:

Total amount of risks (Weekly or monthly) with a breakdown of high, medium and low risks. (Weekly or monthly) in a date range provided by the user.

Issues:

Total amount of issues (Daily or weekly or monthly) in a date range provided by the user.

  This is definitely something we will consider. We have actually been laying the ground work for this during the past couple of releases by introducing configurable graphing (PPO 3.3.0). Get people to vote for this to increase the priority.

  Ferdie,

  As you know we have recently deployed the Cost S-Curve to some PPO instance (those who's cost data has been recorded per month). This is an example of the type of trend reporting that can be done.
