When capturing information on PPO, whether using the multiple edit page or only updating a single item, it could happen that a user accidentally navigates away from the page (for e.g by clicking on the back arrow or clicking on a menu item) before submitting their changes, which will result in them losing all their information.
Would it be possible that PPO displays a warning message should the above mentioned occur.
It is challenging to implement this functionality consistently across all pages in PPO since there are so many ways in which you can navigate away from a page and different browsers and different versions of browsers tend to handle these events slightly differently.
The majority of modern browsers these days are however fairly good at maintaining state when you click back or forward so for most users it isn't a problem.
