It would be great if we could choose email recipients per Project. Who will get what email per Entity (Risk; Issue; Decision’s etc.)
Each Project is unique and therefore the Project Communication Plan is also Unique per Project. A project Manager must be empowered to choose who receives notification emails per entity.
Hi Lucia. Unfortunately this is not currently on our short or medium term pipeline. PPO is however very flexible in terms of how e-mail notifications can be configured. I would encourage you to contact our support desk and explain your particular use case to them. Even if we are unable to meet your specific requirement it will provide us some insight that will inform any future change that we make in this regard.
