Please consider adding an option to disable the global filter on each project related entity section (i.e. tasks, issues, risks) on the project >> view page.
This will allow increased flexibility with regards to the desired views.

Permanently deleted user It is very important that is brought back from a project management point of view. The project managers must be able to see the entire project plan they have uploaded onto the project whenever they need to -- else there is not need to use PPO for uploading the project plan since as a project manager I will not be able to see it entire;

PPO Development Generally, if you want to do advanced filtering for items related to a project, you just click on the List icon in the particular section, which will allow you to specifiy additional filtering criteria or disable global filters, etc. We now also limit the total number of items that is shown in a particular section on the project view page to 100 records (this is done to keep the amount of data on the page to manageable levels).
The task section is a bit different since it shows a Gantt view and we understand that users may want to see the entire project plan. There are two options:
1) There are reports available which will show you a Gantt chart for the entire project (if you do not have a report like this on your instance, just log a support call and we will assist you); or
2) There is an existing enhancement request () to have a separate Gantt page with advanced features for scaling, collapsing section, etc. Vote for this feature to get it prioritised.
