Could the functionality be added, to be able to copy an existing User Group, for e.g the PPO Administrator User Group. Once the user group has been copied, it can then be renamed, and a few changes can then be made to the logical access control settings, than rather adding a new user group from scratch every time. This will save a lot of time when needing to add many different user groups who only differ slightly with regards to their user group access.
