Please create an economy option subscription for team members who only use PPO to update tasks on projects. Major benefits are improving project management maturity by growing the PM community, gaining maximum benefit from PPO in using it they way it was designed plus a drastically reduced admin burden on the PM .

PPO Development One of the key selling points of PPO is the simplicity of its licensing model. If we started limiting what users could do it could get very complicated, i.e. at some clients they should only be able to update tasks, other clients only want users to update issues. What about time sheets? What about adding documents? Viewing the life cycle page? We keep on re-evaluating our licensing model but at this stage we feel that the advantages of our simplified licensing model outweighs the licenses that we lose as a result of pricing issues. We also feel that our license fees are very competitive even if some users, only use a fraction of the functionality in PPO. Thanks for your feed back.
