Ability to add data to a drop down list (eg custom lists and employees) without leaving the current field and having to re-enter data to that point.

PPO Development Official comment When you are on an add or edit page and want to add a custom list item, you can now, on a separate tab go and add the item. If you then on the edit page open the drop-down (click on the arrow), it will pick up the new item that was just added.

PPO Development Although this change was planned for release 3.4.0 we decided against implementing it since we could not find a nice user interface to represent this in the time allowed. We will revisit this again in a future release.
