Functionality to re-arrange columns on list page

Can you implement the functionality to enable us to rearrange the column positions as shown on the attached screen shot. As for now the location of columns are fixed and cant be re-arranged.

  Users now have the ability to sort their columns on list pages using drag and drop functionality. This can be done under the settings icon on list pages.  See this article for more information.
