Provide functionality on an issue e-mail notification to reply to the notification which automatically updates the issue. Also provide links to attached documents on the notification with functionality to update the document with a new version.

Permanently deleted user If we can have this so we can assign tasks/issues/risks to employees without account so they are able to update them (tasks/issues/risks) via email. This will be good because some people don't necessarily need to be on PPO;
