With technology improving day-on-day; Why not integrate with a reputable AI system which captures all the actions, meeting attendees and conversations directly onto PPO.
PPO could pull the actions and via current system log and send the actions to its owners.
Audit will be ecstatic as the meeting notes are captured at a point in time of the project as proof of the meeting which took place. Meeting minutes could be saved directly against the project, but actions saved into a general folder/ work item (PM to allocate on his project preventing duplication of historical tasks)
AI also records attendees which could be saved on PPO and be linked to SharePoint for the recording to be saved.
