For standard documents like status update, PID and closure report, I always find it strange I have to export the report from PPO as a pdf first and then reimport it back into PPO as a document, and then link the document to the correct type, and then link it either to one of the RAIDD items and/or to governance gates. Would it be possible for PPO to take a snapshot of itself every time this is required without this export/import route?
