Clear Feed of All Items for Specific Project / Item

On viewing the Feed notifications, would it be possible to clear the feed for a specific topic (eg. project)? 

See example below - everything related to MUA - RFQ36 can be cleared in the Feed as I've caught up with all mentions and updates?

  We have made improvements to the Feed functionality to accommodate the option to mark all related items as read.  Follow this link for more information.
