Hi team,
It would be really useful if we had the ability to format the text within the report mailer, similarly to what we can do in text fields elsewhere in PPO. This would be useful as we'd then be able to provide links to the reports held in PPO, rather than just a PDF which can sometimes not be ideal for showing the desired information.
Alternatively, it would be great if we could instead choose to send a mailer out that provides a link to a report, rather than it just providing a PDF.
