Please investigate the idea to share dashboards and reports directly from within PPO, without needing to save in pdf and uploading elsewhere or emailing. At first this can be static reports and perhaps at a later stage dynamic reports, extracted when a stakeholders needs an "as-is" update on a given initiative.
I would also recommend these viewers to not have a user license, and if some sort of licensing is needed, create a license type with report viewing access.
