The answer is Yes.
PPO includes a full audit log that records the date, time, user, page, and action (view, add, or edit), for every single click made on PPO.
These audit logs are summarised and made available to users in the form of usage and log-on reports.
Below are examples of what the usage reports look like. These reports can be accessed by hovering over the Reporting main menu and selecting Reports. Under Report Category select Usage. There are various options under the Report Name to select from:

PPO also provides audit logs in the form of history items on each record in PPO. The history records can be seen on the bottom of the entity view pages.
History items for issues, risks and comments can also be viewed in the form of history reports.
