PPO includes a full audit log that records the date, time, user, page and action (view, add or edit), for every single click made on PPO.
These audit logs are summarised and made available to users in the form of usage and log-on reports.
Below are examples of what the reports look like. These reports can be accessed by clicking on the "Reports" menu item and then selecting "Usage" as the report category, and then selecting each report individually.

PPO also provides audit logs in the form of history items on each record in PPO. The history records can be seen on the bottom of the page on the entity >> view page.

History items for issues, risks and comments can also be viewed in the form of history reports.
