The following options are available to users in order to receive a new password:
PPO allows you to retrieve your own password.
To do this, access the login page for your instance and click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
Specify your username and e-mail address and then click on the Submit button:
This e-mail address must correspond to the one specified in your employee record on PPO. If the e-mail address does not correspond, an error message will be shown.
If the correct username and e-mail address are specified, PPO will send you your new password via e-mail.
Click on 'Login' to be redirected to the login page in order to log on.
The PPO Administrator can reset a user's password.
Alternatively, the PPO Administrator can access the user's account by hovering over the Administration menu and selecting Users.
Simply select the applicable user account, click on the Actions dropdown, and select Reset Password.
Please note that PPO Administrators do not have access to users' passwords and cannot change passwords on behalf of users.
