The following options are available to users in order to receive a new password:
OPTION 1:
PPO allows you to retrieve your own password.
To do this, access the login page for your instance and click on the link on the login screen.

Specify your username and e-mail address and then click on the Send button:

This e-mail address must correspond to the one specified in your employee record on PPO. If the e-mail address does not correspond, an error message will be shown.

If the correct username and e-mail address are specified, PPO will send you your new password via e-mail.
Click on the link to the login page in order to log on.

OPTION 2:
The PPO Administrator can reset a user's password.
Alternatively, the PPO Administrator can access the user's account by going to Administration >> Users and clicking on the applicable user record.

The reset password icon is available on the User Account >> Edit page. Once the administrator clicks on this icon, a new password will be e-mailed directly to the user.

Please note that PPO Administrators do not have access to users' passwords and cannot change passwords on behalf of users.
