Most groups (i.e budgets and cashflows, payments, contracts, package elements etc) have an 'export to csv' menu.
Consider providing an 'import from' option. This can greatly assist those who prefer editing offline.

Thanks for logging this idea. We actually did a lot of analysis on it late last year and came up with the plan and solution to support this, but the development hours required to ensure it's simple and easy, but includes all the validation, data type checking and other checks to ensure that we don't get a lot of bad data into PPO meant it was a large number of months of development.
It's still in our pipeline to implement, we just haven't prioritised it yet due to the effort and complexity. As soon as we do we'll update you.
