I have been working on a dashboard where I need to show the status of the projects which should contain the latest comments updated by the teams. When I try to work on the BI reports, commentary fields (text fields) are missing from the reports. It would be nice to have the text fields included in the reports

Thanks alot for your idea. We have been discussing this internally. Currently free text fields are not supported by the BI API due to the sheer size of data that users might download, without ever needing it. We have another idea that we are working to set a limit on the front-end for a the maximum length of a free text field. This would allow the administrators to set a limit for free text fields for things like "Project Status Update" and by doing that we would then be able to support these free text fields on the BI API.
We will revert as we progress on this.

Guy Jelley Kranthikumar, we have completed the development of this item and have deployed it to a select set of BETA clients. Based on the feedback of this, it (we hope) will be deployed to all clients soon.

The PPO BI API now includes all free text fields. Please note they are limited to the first 2500 characters and include any of the markdown formatting that users have applied to these fields.
