At the moment, say for project entity, the URL will appear like this:
https://www.ppolive.com/plre/request.aspx?context=project&mode=list
regardless of what filters are applied. It will be good if the URL reflects what filters were applied so that the URL can be shared to others, rather than getting other users to set up specific filters by themselves. I know admins can set up global filters and now shared filters, but URL seems to be easiest for most people to understand if it's a custom filter for a one time use, for example.
