A project plan may be updated in PPO the day before a customer status meeting. We prefer to present the online dashboard version during the customer calls as they look better and more professional than presenting the downloaded PDF version. The challenge comes in where, if the progress has been updated the day before, the variance is typically in the red, thereby skewing the progress variance.
Please consider allowing an option to view the dashboard for a chosen date, e.g. showing the status as of yesterday in today's meeting.
