Administrator onboarding with launch of system enhancements

Having gone through the last 2 enhancements (filters and action buttons) more painfully than what was perhaps necessary, some suggestions that could have made it a more pleasant experience for Administrators ahead of launching with all users:

- Don't make a phone call or send an email on a Friday, informing Administrators that the change will be implemented on the Monday.  Make a 'sandpit' of some kind available for Administrators to become familiar with the enhancement ahead of launch with users. Perhaps even our own training instance will work for that.  This will give time for questions/queries to be addressed before users start working with the new functionality.

- Don't launch new functionality on a Monday.  It is traditionally the busiest day of the week and there are very few Mondays that don't live up to that expectation.  Frustration with amazing but new functionality doesn't contribute to the ultimate "lets whack this Monday and make it count" experience (".)

  Hi Amanda, thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the lapse in communication.  The changes should have been communicated a lot earlier and the option was indeed available to "preview" the functionality on your training instance.  We will figure out what went wrong and try to do better in future.

  As to deploying over the week-end, this is usually something that we avoid but in this case, because of the size and impact of the change, we wanted to give ourselves time to address any issues. It was also not a change that we wanted to deploy during working hours, but because PPO has users all over the world, it is difficult to get a time when the minimum of users are online except over week-ends.
