Approval Filters on the Home Page

Currently on the home page one views all approval records that are either in a status of ready or declined (for re-word). If the project gets closed out to which the approval relates to (project relation or entity relation) the approval record still remains on ones home page. It would be valuable to allow users to apply global / shared / personal filters to this entity section on the home page to prevent a clutter of approval records if they have not been dealt with before closure of a project.
