Users want the ability to provide an accurate form of internal costing based on subscriptions.
Currently there is the Users per Department Report which works well if the administrator uses this report when managing subscriptions closely.
Therefore it would be a lot less time consuming for an administrator if they had any form of visibility as to what users (split by Department) were active at a subscription change. Then they could link this back to a subscription invoice as accurately as possible.
Perhaps a “subscription vs user movement report” that contains user account movement history vs the history of the subscription changes.
I’m more than sure this will benefit allot of clients going forward if there was some measure in place for a subscription breakdown.
