What about having an automated document with naming capability so that documents can be correctly named and separating it from documents that were captured previously. I use 1 list to show my document names and the historical ones, if they are saved and their location/ old names and if they were signed. The list makes a good audit trail and could be automated in PPO as it already has most of the capabilities
