Ideas to make PPO document storage more effective

Hi

I have an idea to make the storage of PPO files more effective. Could it be possible to have a final/working version editable but saving the previous versions so that we can refer back to it. Thus the working version will speak to your PowerPoint or Word app loading it so that it could be changed and more than 1 person can work on the file and show each person's changes. The approved version could show on a separate screen keeping better track of your documents when they are completed. This could assist in better sorting of the documents while using PPO as a live document space.

Would it be possible to be able to create files under a project for better sorting capability? This could sort your documents better if you work with a program.
