Please change the planning dashboards' parameters to date control fields for the start and end dates, instead of the custom list for month / period that is currently being used. This will allow for more flexibility when pulling these dashboards.

PPO Development We will consider making this change for the "Planning Dashboard: Projects".
On the "Planning Dashboard: Employees" however there is a concept of a period and previous period which will obviously not work if we allowed a free date selection. The "Availability" table that shows RAG indicators per week would also have a variable width which would affect the layout.
