Currently we only have the ability to set up e-mail events for when a task/issue, etc is added or edited. Could we perhaps have conditional e-mail events, which would show intelligence regarding the information contained in the issue/task, etc? For example, if the Status of an Issue is changed Closed, the Issue Closed e-mail gets sent and it's dependent on the information captured in the issue.

Consulting Wayne, Thanks for your comment. Yes, PPO does support time based e-mail events. We refer to them as report mailers and here is the link: http://support.ppolive.com/entries/20742847 A good example of the alert you are requesting would be the Alert & Reminder report which can be found under Reports > Projects > Alert & Reminder report. Typically our clients send this out weekly to the applicable resources. -
