Currently in PPO you can filter on the entity in which you are (i.e. Issues, Risks) and the projects. You can however not filter on the employees even though employees are used on the entity and the project. It would be useful to do be able to search on employees as well in the following cases:
- Access a report for only senior project managers using their employee job title on their employee record;
- Access a list of issues for only my staff using their line manager on their employee record;
- Access a list of risks that are being managed by the marketing department making use of the department field on their employee record; or
- Access a portfolio view of projects that are being managed by project managers that are consultants and not employed making use of the employee status on their employee record.
