Can we please improve the bubble chart functionality to allow a fixed scale to be set. At the moment the scale is based on the values of the selected records, however in some cases you would like to set the scale to go to a fixed upper and lower score with fixed intervals to allow you to distribute the projects into four distinct blocks. See ticket #8425 for more information and the problems we have with the functionality not being able to adjust as per a fixed scale.
