It would be very useful if we can get a portfolio view of all projects, showing all the required documents for the project as columns with a RAG indicator to indicate the governance status of the document (i.e. grey if not yet required, green if required, uploaded and approved, amber if uploaded but no approved).
Currently the Portfolio View only shows whether or not the project conforms to all governance requirements, but the user has to drill through into each project individually to see which documents are outstanding.
I have attached an example of the required view for consideration.
