Reports - Format of data for Datasheet Views

Currently the Datasheet View reports do not look good in Excel because the data cells are formatted as Text Alignment vertical BOTTOM. See attached sample of the Risk Detail Report.

What one has to do with all these Datasheet View reports is to highlight all the cells and change the formatting to Txt Alignment Vertical TOP to make them look decent.

My suggested improvement is to make the output already formatted as text Alignment Vertical Top when it is created from PPO.

The reports I have found that have this problem are: Risk detail Report, Issue Detail report, Decision Detail Report in Datasheet view format, Scope Detail Report and Task Detail Report.

Attached is a sample of the Issue Detail Report in both BOTTOM formatted cells and TOP formatted cells so you can see the improved formatting.
