When I'm viewing a document entry, it would be really useful to see all the entities it relates to.

Jan Thomas Further to the above when reviewing documents linked to say an issue - you would normally click on the document and get navigated to the record where you then download the file. Once you have completed the review and added your input/changes to the document (and uploaded) you now need to either use the back button multiple times to get back to the issue you need to update and assign to someone else.
So I thought if one clicks on a linked document and the page opens in a new tab instead in the tab you have the issue open it will solve this and make navigation a bit more friendly in this case.
PS. You also can't right click and choose open in new tab on linked documents.
