Can you please build/allow drop down lists (for selection) for entities for example Issues & Risks? An issue can occur due to the materialisation of a Risk and it's a nice way of identifying the number of issues resulting from the materialisation of a risk. Same with a Change...it often happens because of the investigation based on an issue.
Select the related Risk on an Issue, and the related Issue on a Change.
