Import manually allocated hours from MSP and not calculated hours

Some project managers manually allocate the hours per task, per resource, in their project schedules. When importing schedules, PPO calculates the hours for the resource, by looking at the duration and the % allocation from MSP.

Please consider adding an option on the task import screen to, to either import the manually allocated hours from the schedule and not by default, the calculated hours.
