Please consider the use of alternative scheduling tools for e.g Open Project, to import tasks into PPO. Currently MSP and Excel (XML) are the only two import formats supported by PPO. Some users do not have access to MSP and the available Excel format only supports a limited number of fields.

We have updated PPO to allow a wide range of other tools as well as additional support for a simple Excel template to allow users to make use of other tools as well. In addition, the new templates can be modified to include customised fields.
