I agree with the scheduling best practice of only allocating a single resource to a task so that when imported to PPO then it allocates the task to a single resource for completion. However, in the case of group tasks such as project meetings and workshops, it is unwieldy to create a separate task for every resource for the meeting, especially if it is a weekly progress meeting that all 20 team members attend every week. Can you not allow a task such as this to have multiple resources allocated and maybe tag it as a special task type in MS Project using a custom text field that can be mapped to PPO?

Anne Curran Agree 100%. Meetings etc are also part of a day and therefore also part of resource allocation ie need to be able to include % allocation for each resource taking part in the meetings.

Muhammed Khan Having this feature is important with resource scheduling and heat map forecasts etc. MS Dynamics is a good example of how this can also be done in PPO.
